•                 Create or Modify design and requirement documents as per the discussions with business users and Project Leads.

•                 Follow coding standards to ensure the projects developed/changed not only follow business requirements but also are in compliance with standards.

•                 Adhere to existing best practices and contribute towards creating newer best practices.

•                 Need to test reports and databases and provide proper level documentation before delivering any new or changed functionality to business users.
